It Was Never About Me

This page exists because websites are supposed to have one — not because the work is about me. It isn't. The animals in these photographs are the whole story.

I grew up in Pittsburgh and now call Charlotte home, where I live with my wife Carleigh and our two kids. The whale thing started early; I was just a boy watching Jacques Cousteau, certain there was nothing on Earth more remarkable than what was under the water.
